Unlike other brands, iPhone is not unlocked by code but they are registered as unlocked on Apple’s server and are unlocked through iTunes.

Once we contact you confirming that your order has been completed you will need the following:

-      Latest version of iTunes installed on your computer (this can be downloaded from Apple’s website).

-         USB cable for your phone.

-       SIM card that the phone is not locked to. (For example, if the phone is locked to Movistar network then Vodafone, Orange or any other network SIM card that is not Movistar).

Once you have all of the above ready just follow the simple steps explained below to complete the unlock:

1. Update your phone to the latest version; if the phone is already updated then skip this step.

2. Insert any SIM card that the phone is not locked to into the phone and power it on.

3. Open iTunes and connect phone to PC by USB cable; then wait for it to be detected in iTunes.

4. Disconnect the phone from the computer, with the SIM card still inside; wait 10-20 seconds and then reconnect the phone to the computer using the USB cable.

5. iTunes will display the message “your phone has been unlocked”. That’s it; you can now use any network’s SIM card in your phone.
