The following methods can be used to find the IMEI number of your phone which is required for our remote unlocking services.

1.      (Recommended). With or without a SIM card in the phone, just enter *#06# into the phone’s keypad and the IMEI will be displayed on the phone’s screen.

2.      (Not for iPhone) The IMEI is printed on the label under the phone’s battery. This method is only valid if you are sure the phone’s casing or label has not been changed during any repairs or modifications.

3.     You can also find the IMEI printed on a label on the phone’s box. Once again, this method is only valid if you are sure that the phone is in its original packaging.

4.     (Only for iPhone) The IMEI number is printed on the SIM card holder that slots into the phone; once again this method is only valid if you are sure that the SIM card holder is the original and not a replacement.
