How to enter unlock codes in Samsung phones
phones
There are a few methods used to enter unlock codes into Samsung phones depending on the model. Try the methods one by one until you find the correct method for your model. If you can’t find a working method for your model, please contact us and we will find the way to enter codes into your phone.
If your phone is displaying “phone freeze”, “SIM unavailable”, “return for service” or “network unlock unsuccessful” please check the Samsung unfreeze FAQ on how to reset unlock counter before trying to enter your unlock code.
NCK code is the network unlock that we send you.
MCK code is the unfreeze code that we also send you.

Method 1. (Recommended to try first)
Insert Unaccepted Sim Card into phone;
Power phone on;
Phone should request unlock code;
Enter unlock code we sent you and you will be done and your phone will be unlocked.

Method 2. (To be used if, when using method 1, the phone does not request unlock code and shows “invalid SIM”)
Power on phone with no SIM card or an accepted SIM card;
Type into keypad #7465625*638*CODE# (where CODE is replaced with the unlock code we sent you)
Your phone will be unlocked.

Method 3. (Same as above method but used mostly in Android based phones)
Power on phone with no SIM card or an accepted SIM card;
Type into keypad #7465625*638# ;
Phone should now request for unlock code, enter the code we sent you.
Your phone will be unlocked.

Method 4. (Similar to method 2 but seems to be more used in older models)
Power on phone with no SIM card;
Type into keypad #0111*CODE# (where CODE is replace with the unlock code we sent you)
Your phone will be unlocked.
